The Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies conducted a presentation session of the Top 5 Policy Analysis Exercise, PAE, Papers for the 19th Executive Development Programme 2024, EDP for Senior Government Officials on Public Policy and Management by the Ministry of Defence. The session was held at the Institute's Lecture Hall.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence. Also in attendance were Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohammad Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports.

The session was divided into two panels with seven presentations delivered by programme participants who achieved top marks for their respective PAE. The Institute also distributed its most recent book publication consisting of a compilation of the seven best essays from the 19th EDP Cohort. The presentation session aimed to effectively unite policy-relevant stakeholders, policymakers, and decision makers to discuss innovative policy ideas that contribute towards achieving Wawasan Brunei 2035.
